I am pleased to offer a set of three mugs by Bordallo Pinheiro Portugal in the bunny rabbit in the garden pattern. Highly textural, the body features bunnies chomping on celery stalks, lettuce and vines of tomatoes. With a curvy attached handle, it has a subtle ribbed look wrapped with a crisscrossing ribbon. Glazed in a beautiful shade of green over white porcelain, it stands 4” high by 4½” across (measured from rim to edge of handle), and has an opening that measures approximately 2¾” in diameter. All in unused condition, TWO have NO chips, nicks, cracks or repairs. THE THIRD has a fleabite nick along the rim that appears to have occurred at the time of manufacturing (glaze pop). The nick is visible and you can feel it when you run your finger across it, but it is glazed green. All have the Made in Portugal and the highly recognizable frog logo ink stamp on the bottom. One also has a foil manufacturer’s sticker on the bottom.
