SCARCER COOLIDGE PIN JUGATE 1924 ELECTION CELLULOID This auction is for the X marks the spot celluloid Republican campaign pin for the 1924 presidential election. The X meaning that the voter should vote the Coolidge-Dawes ticket by marking an X on the ballot. The pin is 7/8 inch in diameter; red, white and blue, shows the jugate busts of Coolidge and Dawes in the middle with REPUBLICAN X below. The back has the original paper insert in great condition from the PHILLA. BADGE CO. with address, etc. The white has taken on a more yellow hue over the years, otherwise this is just a super condition pin all over, and a scarcer pin for a nice collection. ~ PAYMENT DUE AT END OF AUCTION It is our intent to fully and accurately describe the listed item, and we welcome all of your questions.
