Item Description: Helen is an original Sarah Kay design that was lovingly handcarved and hand painted by skilled artisans at the House of ANRI, located in the South Tyrolean village of St. Christina in Northern Italy. Created by master woodcarver Ulrich Bernardi, this doll is 647 of an exclusive limited edition of 1000 sequentially numbered pieces. She stands 13 inches tall and wears a gorgeous brown dress with off-white pinafore made in West Germany. Her knees and elbows are jointed and she can stand on her own or be placed in seated position Condition: Excellent Markings/Signature: Back of neck "647/1000" Box/Certificate/extrasincluded in auction: No Box, no extras Additional info: No odor. Doll comes from immaculate lifetime collection in San Diego , CA . Previous owner collected dolls and bears from 1960’s to 2005 . The dolls and bears have been displayed in closed-door curio cabinets and/or their original boxes. I personally viewed the home and collection.
