SANSUI AU-9900 Integrated Amp - Beuatiful Vintage Amplifier Sansui model AU-9900 integrated amplifier in very good condition. True mono-block design delivers very low distortion and massive headroom. The integrated amplifier is very good condition. The faceplate, switches, knobs, and light are all in great condition. There are minor scratches on the top edge of the side face of the amp. This was part of one of my secondary audio system so it did get not too much playtime. As with quality audiophile gear from this era, build construction is perfect. There are massive heat sinks and very large capacitors inside the unit. The outside faceplate is a single piece of solid aluminum. Dials and switches are also made out of aluminum and the lettering is literally carved into the aluminum; This unit looks and sounds fantastic and stay cool al the time. I Tune it to the best performance by spec. I collect vintage audio equipment but i have to downsize my collection. I’m seeing fewer and fewer of these units in the market.
