Deck of Playing Cards from the famous SANDS Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. SEALED Deck The Sands opened as the 7th resort on the Strip in 1952. Ownership by Howard Hughes contributed to its fame, but p erformances by the FRANK SINATRA and DEAN MARTIN with the Rat Pack may be its most popular legacies.
