The St. Benedict Medal is on the back of every Crucifix. Great attention was given to detail on the mold for this single piece, fully dimensional crucifix. Because the body and cross are one piece the body cannot come off, nor can the arms or legs break off or come off if it is dropped. More Holy Mass Crucifix items coming soon ...Once blessed by a Priest the Apostolic Blessings and Indulgences of 3 Popes are imparted to this crucifix . The three Popes are - Pope Benedict 16 th for the Crucifix and the Apostolate, Pope Francis who joined with His Apostolic Blessing for the Crucifix, and Pope Benedict 14 th (in the year 1742) for the St. Benedict Medal which is integral to the mold on the back of every Holy Mass Crucifix. Additionally, b ecause this is an Apostolate blessed by a Pope, those who pray with this crucifix, or wear these crucifixes are also beneficiaries of the Apostolic Blessings because by doing so they further this Apostolate.
