Fresh off the saw, this red, blue and yellow Kentucky agate nodule is awesome! Set in a bed of very translucent moss agate with many white orb like inclusions, this is a beautiful rock. Great size, measures 4" x 3" x 3" deep, and weighs 2.5 pounds. It is uniformly cut, very smooth with little to no saw marks, ready to polish. We did keep the end cut of this one, and a couple of slices. I used a picture of one of the slices for this listing, to better show the moss agate with the white orbs. I didn't get a photo of the face of this nodule, it got packed for shipping before I got that photo. I am showing the picture of the slice, and the before photo. It does have the beautiful red with blue gray banding. Kentucky agate, famous for its red, black, yellow and/or blue banding is hard to find these days, and the mossy bed of white inclusions is a real bonus in this piece.
