Signed and dated oil on canvas titled "Culture" by Russian artist Vladimir Aksyonov depicting the arts, literature and religion; the front and back side of the painting is in Cyrillic with artist name Akcehob; painting measures 24" wide x 33-1/2" high -- it is canvas stretched on wood, there is no frame; back side Cyrillic notes painting done in the Black Sea port city of Novorossiysk, canvas, oil and title Culture. In excellent condition; I have been unable to find any further information on the artist at this time; this was one of a group of Russian paintings that came from an estate in Southern California. NOTE THAT THE PAINTING CAN BE REMOVED FROM THE STRETCHERS AND SENT ROLLED FOR A REDUCED SHIPPING PRICE -- PLEASE PROVIDE A ZIP CODE AND A QUOTE FOR BOTH FRAMED AND ROLLED WILL BE PROVIDED FOR FINAL APPROVAL.
