This is a beautiful Cobalt Net Dinner Bell from Lomonosov. It was hand decorated in St. Petersburg, Russia. It's made of white porcelain with a cobalt blue net pattern that's accented with 22 karat gold. It's in excellent, pre-owned condition. It does have a couple of very light marks of color that occurred during manufacturing (see pics).
