This set of 4 luncheon plates are the Golden Basket pattern number 595 made by Royal Copenhagen Denmark. They have the distinctive peach flowers in a gold basket with a gold encrusted band on a pure white background. Each plate is stamped on the bottom "Royal Copenhagen Denmark0" with the logo 3 blue lines and initials. Sadly, this pattern has been discontinued. The luncheon plates measure 8 7/8" in diameter and sit 1" above the table at the edge. The four plates weigh 3 pounds 14 ounces. These lunch size plates are four of ten I have on auction at this time. My friend is selling his 64 piece set of Golden Basket (last picture). He has never owned a dishwasher and is proud these have only been washed by hand. I cannot believe he ever used these. They are in pristine condition with no flaws that we can find. I will be happy to answer any questions and, of course, combine your shipping.About Royal Copenhagen: Royal Copenhagen , officially the Royal Porcelain Factory (Danish: Den KongeligePorcelainsfabrik ) is a manufacturer of porcelain products and was founded in Copenhagen 1 May 1775 under the protection of Queen Juliane Marie. It is recognized by its factory mark, the three wavy lines above each other, symbolizing Denmark’s three straits: Oresund, the Great Belt and the Little Belt.
