ROYAL BONN PORCELAIN PITCHER Royal Bonn is the nineteenth-and twentieth-century trade name used by Franz Anton Mehlem, who had a pottery in Bonn, Germany, from 1836 to 1931. The factory was purchased by Villeroy & Boch in 1921 and closed in 1931. This pitcher is creamy porcelain decorated on both sides with flowers and outlined in raised gold paint. Elongated curved handle and pinched lip rim. Some of the gold is worn from the handle. T is no damage to this lovely piece of Royal Bonn porcelain. The mark on this pitcher includes the red printed Bonn mark and the impressed Franz Mehlem circular mark. What are likely pattern, artist and shape numbers are painted in gold. Dimensions: 7 1/4" high (to the top of the handle) , 6" high (to the top of the pinched rim)
