The Romance of Lace by Mary Eirwen Jones published by Spring Books in London. I can not find a date but it cost 42/- when new. This book traces lace making from the Medieval times in Europe, through to modern times. It is very well illustrated with black and white photographs. It is in very good condition but the dust jacket is a bit scruffy.
