This a nice old heavy CRI&P Ry signal lock. Good working order, shackle pops up sharply when opened. Nice patina. It does have a lot of dings and marks as do many locks of this age... they were prone to freezing in the winter and took a lot of abuse in an effort to open them. Key not included.
