Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey LION Circus Poster With A 1951 Union Label Stamp.This is an Original half-sheet "flat" 28"x30" plus date tail for Worcester Shrewsbury, Massachusetts at the location of Worcester Turnpike and South Quinsigamond.This event was sponsored by Worcester County Shrine Club on Wednesday, July 2, 1952; and was promoted as The Greatest Show on Earth during the late 1940s and early 1950s.Although the entire poster measures 28 x 30, these posters came as two separate pieces that were made to be assembled prior to each event. The RINGLING BROS BARNUM BAILEY portion of the poster measures 20.75 x 28 and the event date portion measures 11 x 28.Graphics throughout are bright and vibrant. This poster is in very good condition, with its original assembly glue marks; please take a look through the images for confirmation of condition.Poster will be rolled up and shipped in a tube mailer.
