About shipping charges: All sellers on Ebay pay fees of around 20-25% of the final selling and shipping price to Ebay and Paypal depending on their rating. I have kept my shipping and handling charges about the same for over 3 years, despite increases in fees and shipping costs. (On Feb. 1st 2013, the U.S. Postal service rasied rates and changed services available.) I believe my rates are more than fair.
