This is a Diana, Princess of Wales commemorative first day cover issued by the Seychelles. There are 4 x 3 rupee stamps in a block all featuring different poses of Diana. They are 'postmarked' "First Day of Issue 31 March 1998, Diana, Princess of Wales, Seychelles" This cover also features a 5 Rupee commemorative coin issued by the Republic of Seychelles" Finally theire is a portrait picture of Diana taken when she visited that country. This is a limited edition of 1000 and this is certified as being number 0061.
