Classic front and back cover art of Popeye dressed as a woman punching big nosed bad guy. Front cover has some dust soil but blends well with background color. Villain's shirt on back cover has been crayoned, his pants and portion of his shirt have been colored on title page which has a few small holes at lower right. Trace of lt. cover edge wear. Overall covers VG+. Most inside pages VF.
