When the Poole factory at Soper lane closed,there was a large amount of Biscuit ware al;ready cast.The Studio moved back to the retail premises on the quay ,you could say Poole went back to it,s roots.It was a shadow of the factory with now only four direct employees,but what a four ;producing some of the best work inn the last few years which has not been seen since the 1960s.Lorna Whitmarsh who as well as painted the decorative vases ,also was a fantastic production paintress for the tableware.This Clock is hand painted by Lorna in the Vincent sunflower design and is a very small run with only about 25 ever having been produced in this size.Sold on a buy it now and I have a few available and I will even pop a new battery in so you should have several years use on the two batteriesCan collect if near to SE64YP
