This Arts and Crafts style Pewabic Detroit iridescent low bowl is 5" in diameter and stands 2.25" tall. Founded in 1903 by the artist and teacher Mary Chase Perry Stratton and Horace James Caulkins, Pewabic Pottery is known for its unusual iridescent glaze as can be seen in this beautiful bowl. Incised with a repeating geometric pattern at the rim, the lustre glaze has shades of pink and red which blend into a lighter grey and green. Fully marked underbase Pewabic Detroit, we guarantee it to be old and original Pewabic. This bowl is in factory original condition with no chips, cracks, hairlines, repairs.
