Here is a very nice birth and baptismal certificate. As you can see it has some paper loss and tears. There is a long tear through the middle of the form. It is Ritter and Company print from Reading done ca1865-1866. For those familiar with the Stopp classification system it is a #707. The form was done for Cläre Elisabeth Folck, daughter of Moses and Lusette (Boÿer) Folck. This child was born on 23 December 1865 in Fleetwood in Berks County and baptized in 1866 by Pastor Lampe. This family shows up in the 1870 census of Richmond Township and lists, Moses Folck (age 27), Lucetta (age 28) and Clara (age 5). Clara was a twin with her brother William. Moses is noted to be a “Coach Maker.” Records from Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Maxatawny show that Moses Folk and Luzetta Boyer, both of Fleetwood, married on Christmas day 1863. The form is 14 by 17 inches. It will be shipped flat. Please check any other fraktur listings as I will combine shipping costs.
