9x12" sheet of paper has blue ink sketch original art of Charlie Brown by Peanuts creator Charles M. Schulz (1922-2000). Schulz has sketched full body image of one of his most famous characters on unlined paper and signed his last name at lower right. Sheet has been folded into quarters and shows scattered aging and handling wear w/.25x.75" spot of moisture staining at upper right, not affecting art or signature. Fine overall. Comes w/note from consignor stating this piece came from the estate of Jeopardy producer Dick Schneider, who also organized the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade during the 1980s and '90s. As many of Schulz's Peanuts characters were featured in the parade, the two men became friends. Great image, seen much less often than Schulz's Snoopy sketches. Comes w/JSA LOA.
