A pair of large, Victorian Staffordshire pottery figures of Spaniel dogs, dating to the second half of the 19th Century. Decorated with red-brown markings and with well defined fur. Each has a moulded number 2 on the base. Measuring 9.75" high. In generally good condition. One is perfect and but the left figure has an old crack beneath the base with a line running from it, part of the way up the back (see photos). These are quite possibly manufacturing flaws. Please note that this is a heavy piece that would be quite expensive to ship outside the UK. The postage price shown is for within the UK. Buyers from outside the UK should email for shipping prices.
