The Whisky A Go Go almost never created Concert Posters of the Great Acts that performed on it's Legendary stage. Unlike the Whisky's Music counterpart in San Francisco called "The Fillmore"...Posters and handbills for events at the Whisky were few and far in-between. That is why Artist, Dennis Loren, was commissioned by the Whisky A Go Go to create a commemorative set of Posters for the "Whisky's " 35th year Anniversary. This project took a great deal of time because the Whisky A Go Go's records of events or performers were not available in one piece. Dennis Loren had to go back to old L.A. Free Press newspapers as well as spend countless hours with L.A. Times micro-films to research who played when and with whom. After two years of research and development...These Whisky A Go Go series was ready for the 35th Anniversary which happened in January of 1999. This Poster is one of The British Giant known as Pink Floyd. The Posters were part of a 1,000 poster run and this Poster now "OUT OF PRINT". The Poster size is approximately 14" X 19".
