This is VERY important for overseas customers as I am using the eBay Global Shipping Program.In this case the red frame is a great match with the mat and the red stripe going through both oval art panels.This is a really, really interesting painting by Janet Lippincott.She used a pencil to write the name of the artwork under the left panel "The Chinese Garden", and also used a pencil to sign the artwork under the right panel, "Lippincott '87"This is original artwork. I do not know of any of her images that have had multiple copies produced. She did both one-off lithographic art and other forms of monoart.Janet did not sign this inside the oval panel, but underneath, as the white sheet is a part of the artwork.Excellent condition.Do see my store for another Lippincott.We will combine shipping.
