This old stoneware jug has a beautful salt glaze finish, and it has cobalt blue highlights around the base and top of the handle. The jug is in excellent condition with no chips, checks or cracks. T is a line under the mouth of the jug that is a cut in the stoneware that is less than an eighth of an inch deep. This is odd, but it isn't damage and it isn't deep enough to weaken the mouth of the jug. I have no idea who made the jug, but it appears to be from the nineteenth century. The jug is 10 3/4 inches tall, with a diameter of 7 1/4 inches. Thanks for looking. No Reserve!!! I will combine winning items to save you money on shipping, when practical. This package is more than one cubic foot in size, so it will be subject to USPS dimensional surcharges unless you live in New England, New York, New Jersey or Pennsylvania. The handling charge is for peanuts and bubblewrap, not for labor.
