NEIL PEART RUSH Hand Signed Lithograph 1 of 3 in existence !!! RARE OPPURTUNITY. Offered from my personal Rush collection (one of the largest in the world) is one of THE RAREST Neil Peart autographs you will ever have the chance to own. Back starting in early 2000's Andrew Macnaughtan (Rush's official band photographer of MANY years) released various series of hand signed band lithographs. They were all numbered and dated in a "series" of LIMITED ONLY quantity ie. 25, 50, 100 or 500. Most all of these series sold out in just a few days with many being gone within the first 2 hours of release. They were NEVER priced cheaply but had a "price" if you wanted one. These were ALL offered only at and had a "cart and checkout" price. Not once, not ever....did ANY of these hand signed lithographs EVER come with an "official" COA (certificate of authenticity) I know this as I personally have EVERY one he and the band ever released. If anyone says otherwise they are "ill informed" and will never be able to show you one simply because one does not exist. I have been a purchaser and seller of Rush memorabilia on eBay for almost 20 yrs and while I have seen COUNTLESS phony/fake/forged Rush signatures on a plethora of items, not ONCE have I seen a forged (or copied even) item from Andrew. So if your considering purchasing a (from me or any other seller) signed, dated & numbered Rush print chances are EXTREMELY high it 100 percent real. Wouldnt surprise me in the least if some forged/phony/fake reprints start popping up on eBay though now. But remember....EVERY ONE of Andrews print releases were "numbered" so if one is forged the rightful owner of that number could contact legal authorities. This framed, HAND SIGNED original lithograph print measuring approx. 22" x 27" inches framed was NEVER offered (in a signed version) directly through but rather thru a "charity auction" here on eBay. I believe Andrews eBay user I.D. was AndrewMacnaughtan something but cant remember exactly. Andrew offered (all at once) three Rush/Neil items to support some kind of charity. This print I believe was called "Neil in Forest" and the other two were all 3 band members, one from the "Feedback" album and one from "Vapor Trails". Andrew was kinda vague in the item description (he was new to eBay then) and it appeared there were only ONE of each item produced, but didnt "specifically" say that. I was the original auction winner of all 3 prints offered (individually) in a "auction style" only setting. So i'll let your imagination run on how much these prints sold for especially given that they were for a charity.. They WERE NOT cheap. And then there were shipping and framing costs. As soon as the 3 auctions "closed" about a day or two later all 3 showed up again in an "auction style only" listing again. I remember being angry as I perceived (as other might have too) that these were "one of a kind". Turns out they were "3 of a kind" The second set of the 3 prints again sold (all individually) about a week later on eBay to "someone" again to a 100% charity auction. Being a little distressed that I was bidding on a high ticket one of a kind item, the answer became very (clear to me) upon receiving all 3 (shipped in one box) items from Andrew shortly after auction close. This item, "Neil in Forest" is not only unique that there are only THREE IN EXISTENCE but they are NOT signed on the lithograph itself but rather the white "matting material" all ready to slip into a frame. Everything Andrew and the band ever released were just signed, dated and shipped to you in a tube EXCEPT the 3 charity auction prints that were matted and shipped in a box. When I opened my box from Andrew each one was numbered on the back of the matting I believe. Of these 3 prints (Neil in Forest, Vapor Trails & Feedback) all three of mine said either 2/3 or 3/3 and I believe were signed by Andrew in "pencil".
