PLEASE READ EXPLANATIONS AT END OF ITEM DESCRIPTION We elieve this to be a fine and rare example of Muller Freres French Cameo Art Glass. Muller Freres (Muller Brothers) was a company established in France and operated from approximately 1895-1933. There were 9 brothers and 1 sister. Some of them originally worked at the factory if Emile Galle. The firm specialized in hand crafted decorative glass items. Many of the items produced are similar in manner to that of Galle glass. This wonderful small vase in deep cranberry and pale yellow color. The glass carved to illustrate a scene of a wolf and a crane at a standoff. Landscape surrounding the two amimals. The scene appears on each side of the vase. Vase stands approx. 4” tall. Rim diameter approx. 1-5/8” Base diameter approx. 1-3/4” Overall fine condition. No chips, cracks or other damages.
