Gorgeous and hard to find mid-century modern MCM dollhouse crafted by the legendary Moritz Gottschalk company in the 1960s, this butterfly red roof beauty has all of its original paint, flooring, wall coverings, mosaic windows, painted cobblestone, outdoor fireplace, patio and floral accents. Lots of space to showcase your 1:12 scale 1960s miniature furnishings, including two large rooms and an outdoor patio sitting area. It's constructed primarily of wood, pressed cardboard and nails, and there was some damage to the walls and roof when shipped originally from Germany, so some of the main structure and roof is in need of additional reinforcement and rehab. Both rooms have significant tears in the wallpaper and floor paper where joints meet, but the paper is in good vintage condition otherwise. The picture window glass or plastic is missing, and the corner window plastic is severely damaged. The front doors are original and complete, but due to the shifting in foundation, one door doesn't fit in the door jam any more, and I don't want to force it. The roof has one tear and some wear on the edges, but the color is good overall. This house need some love but could be a real gem.The approximate dimensions areThis is a large, heavy piece, so read more
