A bit of history: About 25 years ago I was preparing for a photo shoot and needed a full formal table setting. We (the client and I) chose a Royal Doulton (Minton) pattern called âeoeConsortâe as a best fit for our needsâe¦ elegance balanced with clean simplicity. Now that Iâe(tm)m retired, Iâe(tm)ve been going through my âeoeextraâe stuff - as your luck would have it, I came across this long forgotten and stored away fine china. Since these items were never used for dining, have no use marks, and are still wrapped in their individual bags/covers, Iâe(tm)m listing them as NEW. They are still in their packing/storage bags. My offering: Iâe(tm)m offering a FOOTED CREAM SOUP BOWL ( without a saucer ). This bowl measures 4-3/8" across. I am will also soon be auctioning separately a set of four 5-piece place settings, four 8-1/4âe soup bowl, and four 5-1/8âe fruit bowls (please contact me at or see my other auction items if you are interested). Mintonâe(tm)s Consort is a cream-coloured bone china featuring a cobalt blue band and lighter blue flowers with gold accents and trim (please see photos). The pattern and place/serving piece shapes are noted (and sought after) because of their understated elegance.
