Models of Yesteryear Y-9 A Lesney Product. Fowler "Big Lion" Showman's Engine. Matchbox. Made in England. Toy with original box.Vintage item from family collection. Purchased at Disneyland in the 1950s? Disneyland price tag still attached showing a price of $1.50 plus .06 tax.Condition notes: Box shows wear at the corners, edges, and tears on one end with some crumpling on that end. There are some light blue lines along the front of the box, which may be a printing error. The toy itself has some presumed paint loss/paint error? on one wheel, a red mark on another wheel surface, some spots on the roof, some discoloration to silver paint on end, and there may be other small areas of loss, extra paint, or discoloration. In general, it appears unplayed with.Please see pictures. I am not an expert in toy collecting in general or matchbox toys in particular.
