Marx Linemar Popeye tin toy wind up TANK Spanish 40s or 50s "I yam what I yam!" This is a Marx or Linemar Popeye the Sailor tin wind-up rolling tank. It is a South American (or at least Spanish language) release with no company stamp (and it says "Tanque de Popeye" on the sides of the turret). The key is still in place and the motor still works... I didn't wind it a whole lot, but it does roll. Popeye is on the side pushing the tank as someone attempts to shoot him with a slingshot. Olive Oyl, Swea'pea and Wimpy are also pictured on teh windows. There is some paint chipping, but since the tank is green, it's not obvious at a distance. A vintage toy from the classic comic strip and cartoons by SegarShipping is via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
