This book is a biography of this American Vice President. From his childhood in South Dakota, youngest mayor of Minneapolis, radio newscaster, teacher of political science, and even the first Democrat ever elected to the Senate from Minnesota. Humphrey was Vice President from 1965-1969 under Lyndon Johnson. Along with a brief biography, this book is basically a photo history of his life. More the political side. Picture captions and commentary are by Humphrey. Humphrey has inscribed this copy: To Mal Watson - with friendship and sincere appreciation Hubert H Humphrey . Unpaginated, but about 150 pages. The book has some light edge wear and rubbed spine ends and corners. The DJ is worn. Edge wear and chips. Moderate rubbing everywhere. In old Mylar protector.
