This is a wonderful vintage doll, about 18 inches long, and marked 'Alexander 19c65' on the back of her head! The condition is:a couple of brown spots on the fabric (one on leg, one on gingham - please see photos with arrows), skin on legs is patchy (some 'skin' has a pink undertone and some a being/yellow undertone), whites on fabric have yellowed slightly, fraying on ends of hair ribbon, missing booties, use wear. The doll will give a little cry (I'm not sure how consistently) when held on her back tilted downward and then flipped forward more than 1800 degrees.
