.36 caliber, serial number 65285, 7.5" octagonal barrel marked Address Saml Colt New York City. Cylinder with different serial number 66564A. Left side of frame stamped Colt's Patent U.S. Varnished walnut grips with brass trigger guard and front sight.Condition: No original finish remains. The cylinder's serial number is mismatched. The brass backstrap and trigger guard have been cleaned and now aged to a mellow color. The grips may not be original to the gun.
