Up for auction is a lot of 3 Antique Nautical Dietz Lanterns. This set of lanterns is in great collection, and will look excellent when displayed together. Each lantern is made of galvanized metal with brass accents. These have great patina, as the metal has worn slightly with age throughout. All are complete, with colored intact glass, a built in wall mount hanger and a internal Dietz Convex oil burner to provide illumination. In addition to the wall mount hanger, these lanterns all have the top ring, to allow for hanging. These lamps will provide excellent antique decor to your home, patio or garage area, especially if your home sits by the water. These nautical lamps have great history, and have been preserved throughout the years. Each lantern measures 10 1/2" tall. Overall these lanterns measures approx. 6" wide. As you can see in Photo 11, the lanterns have slightly different shapes. The blue and red lanterns have an angled construction, allowing you to mount these lamps on one side, while still being able to access the side oil burner on the exposed portion.(Photo 7+8) The white/clear lamp, as you can see in Photo 9 has only one flat side, with the wall mount hanger and the oil burner together.
