LOT # 509 This is the SUPERMAN COVER TO COVER STATUE based on the comic cover of SUPERMAN SPECIAL '83. Originally released in 2006, this statue references Gil Kane's cover of the one shot SUPERMAN comic book special published in 1983. It stands nine inches tall and is number 0905 out of the 2200 statues made. It has no official certificate but its serial number is printed on the bottom of the base of the statue itself. Sculpted by Tony Cipriano, this hand painted cold cast porcelain statue is approx 9 tall X 7 wide X 7.5 deep in inches. It would make a fine addition to any SUPERMAN fan's collection.
