UP FOR BID IS A NICE LOT OF 15 OLD WOODEN SPOOLS FROM A LONG SINCE CLOSED TEXTILE MILL IN HUDSON COUNTY, NEW JERSEY. THE BUILDING WAS CONVERTED INTO APARTMENTS BUT THE BASEMENT WAS LEFT INTACT. I FOUND A PILE OF THESE OLD SPOOLS IN A CRAWLSPACE. 3 OF THE 15 ACTUALLY HAVE COMPANY NAMES ON THEM: SENOR & WERTHEIM CO, NY FIBRE YARN CO INC NY AND LUSTRE YARN. I CLEANED THESE UP AS BEST I COULD. ALL ARE IN USABLE SHAPE. WILL BE GREAT TO GIVE THESE OLD SPOOLS A SECOND CHANCE AT LIFE! PICS ARE THE EXACT SPOOLS YOU WILL RECEIVE. 14 of the 15 ARE 3.5". THE OTHER IS SMALLER, AS PICTURED.
