Porcelain tea strainer. Unfortunately no underpot. Unmarked but my guess is Limoges. Looks similar to one made by J. Pouyat. Definitely vintage - floral motif with gold trim & raised design. Measures approx 5 1/4" long. The bowl is 3 1/2" in diameter. Excellent condition - no chips, cracks or crazing. Only very minor gold loss on the handle. A very pretty addition to a Limoges collection. Always happy to combine shipping. !
