Excellent means theitem is in extremely good, wearable condition - often theitem does not show any signs of wear and we will note it in the description. Very Good means theitem is in great wearable condition, however, it may have some signs of wear on the inside which we will try to detail in the description. Sometimes, theitem will look great, but we just don't feelit deserves an Excellent rating. We do not consider yellowing of the pant lining due to dry cleaning to lower the rating - as experience has shown, each dry cleaner uses their own solution which may cause yellowing after only 1 or 2 cleanings (depending also upon what the fabric of the lining is). As a Consignment Specialist, we receive most of our items from clients. Although we do require that all items are cleaned prior to being delivered to us, we cannot guarantee the environment they were stored inbetween cleaning and being brought to usis smoke-free, pet-free, etc.Due to the intimate nature of clothing and individual sensitivites, we always recommend cleaning prior to wearing.All this said and certainly sounding scary, we are not unreasonable sellers!
