Nutkin Cottage has been displayed in a closed curio in my home since 2008. It has no chips, cracks, repairs or other blemishes and is as if new. It comes with the factory box and deeds. The piece is 2.8 ins tall, 3.25 ins wide and 2.5 ins deep. The shipping weight will be around 2.0 lbs. Nutkin Cottage is located on the edge of Deerbolts Wood near Grasmere in the Lake District of England. It was built in the Victorian era of local slate including a slate roof. The chimneys are barrel shaped, typical of this area. The area is also related to the Beatrix Potter books and there we find a squirrel called Nutkin.
