Beautiful original Victorian buckle measures 3" wide x 3 3/8" high and is rear marked Sterling 87. The piece is untouched and has all original patina. The buckle is so ornate and busy with floral and scroll designs that you hardly notice the 8 seated cherubs around the entire border. Front of the piece has cobalt enamel on the recessed areas and there is some scattered enamel loss that is hardly noticeable. Please see all pictures for your own judgement.B-M
