PRICE REDUCED ! Up for bids is this wonderfully crafted LARGE Native Woman titled Meditating Woman with a Sterling Silver Necklace by Artisan Sandy Whitefeather. She wears a Terra Cotta gown and sits holding a beautiful black pot. Her lustrous black hair is in the traditional style with a bun at the back held by a ribbon. She is wearing silver jewelry with a Silver turquoise conch. Doll measures 4" tall x 3" wide. Sandy Whitefeather's Native Women are based on paintings by the late Artist RC Gorman. Thirty years ago, RC Gorman, internationally known for his renderings of Native Women, gave the rights to six of his paintings to Sandy Whitefeather to reproduce in statuary.
