Beautiful art glass beveled hand mirror, done by Kurt Carlson. Kurt Carlson has explored glassmaking for more than 30 years. His studies have included time at The Studio, Rochester Institute of Technology, Penland School of Crafts, the Pittsburgh Glass Center, and others. He and Lynda Pownall-Carlson run Carlson Glassworks together, with a focus on hot sculpted heads that are sandblasted and painted with enamels, in addition to glass lamps and more. The mirror measures 8 inches long and 5 inches across the widest part. A gorgeous piece of art work. Signed and dated 2009.
