This is an unused Key System Transit Lines badge that was rejected by the manufacturer because of defects. Note that the badge is still flat and never was formed with that slight curve to fit on the cap. What you see in the pics is what you get. The round screws for the back are not there as well as one of the threaded posts. Again the pic tells all. Sorry no international sales.
