JOHN TETLEY - The Banqueting House Interior, HackfallWonderful landscape lithograph of the famous Banqueting House, Hackfall prior to its restorationHackfall is a beautiful woodland area in North Yorkshire, dotted with follies and other old buildings.The Landmark Trust became aware of the Banqueting House in 1989 and it finally acquired the property in 1999. By this time the building had literally fallen into disrepair. The Trust set about obtaining funding for renovations and a team of experts, including architect Andrew Thomas, was appointed to prepare plans. The completed restoration has won several awards including the Building Conservation category of the RICS Yorkshire Regional awards in 2006.This lithograph is An artists proof, signed by the artist John Tetley and dated 86measuring 42.5 x 30cm image size super condition Studley Royal Park including the ruins of Fountains Abbey is a designated World Heritage Site in North Yorkshire , England.
