See previous lot for matching Pinocchio doll. Nice quality 10" tall doll w/composition body and movable composition head and arms w/fabric/felt outfit (vest has metal button) and separate felt hat. Knickerbocker, ©1939 WDP. Scarce die-cut string tag remains attached at wrist and shows just lt. aging w/crease at top and across one corner. VF. Back of head has raised "Jiminy Cricket" name and Disney copyright. Face has a few tiny paint flakes and a couple tiny marks to face, o/w doll shows little wear and felt outfit and hat all retain strong color. Underside of hat brim has some glue-like residue, but this does not affect overall display. Old store stock that has been properly stored and cared for over the decades. As nice as these come and the best example we've offered in our 57 years. Michael Lartigaut Collection.
