James Wyeth sterling silver 8 inch plate "Skating on the Brandywine" w/ box, COA Title: "Skating on the Brandywine" (an 8 inch solid sterling silver plate by James Wyeth and The Franklin Mint) Description: Thisis an 8 inch solid sterling silver plate. It is titled "Skating on the Brandywine" and depicts that scene, it is by James Wyeth and The Franklin Mint. It comes with the original box (made to look like a hardcover book), and all the original papers (a certificate of authenticity by the Franklin Mint, a letter of information about the plate from the Franklin Mint, and a brochure about the plate). I haven't done a precise weight of it, but the plate weighs over 6 ounces and is 8 inches in diameter and is made of sterling silver. It is in nice condition ( has minor wear or more appropriately minor marks which can perhaps just be wiped off). A beautiful collectible plate for the plate collector, the silver collector, the Franklin Mint or James Wyeth collector, or those interested in the Brandywine or skating.
