James Kent Decorative Glenys Jug - 1930`s We have for auction a lovely tactile decorative jug by James Kent Ltd dating from the 1930`s. The jug is of waisted form on a pedestal base with applied gilt handle and gilt rim. The body has a polychrome floral decoration on a salmon ground. The base has the James Kent mark , impressed “Bramble S/S” , Glenys 3000 and associated marks. The jug measures approximately 12.5 cm high and , apart from some slight colour loss to the gilding (only mentioned for accuracy) is in excellent condition.
