8.5" overall w/1" cello insert on brass badge. Dated August 7, 1920. Hanger designation at top reads "Notification Committee". Some green staining along the gold border and the metal tassels. Fading to text on ribbon. Cello insert slightly loose at 8 o'clock. Overall Fine. A rare badge from Cox's notification ceremony in Dayton, OH. John Gearhart Collection.
