The first Mickey Mouse watch was issued in 1933. This is version from Fall 1934. Watch has six metal link band w/clasp plus pair of additional attachments featuring Mickey images w/trace black paint highlights remaining. 1.25x1.5" dial includes second hand disc featuring three small Mickey images. This is version w/5 o'clock numeral below Mickey's knee. Dial is lightly aged and case shows small trace luster wear to rim and scratches on back but overall all metal pieces retain near full luster. Watch is running and o/w VF. Watch comes in 4.5" long hinged lid cardboard box which is variety w/character images on all sides of Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Horace Horsecollar, Clarabelle Cow and Pluto plus single image of Mickey on lid interior. Cardboard insert shows wear to die-cut area where watch rests. Box has corner tip wear and scattered surface paper rubs. Lid is slightly off-center but still firmly attached. VG/Fine.
